Presenter Information

How do I Check-In?


Presenters should check in at the registration table prior to their session to receive a welcome packet which will include their name tag and documents (attendance sheet, evaluation forms and certificates)




What do I do with completed documents (attendance sheets and evaluation forms)?


All completed documents - attendance sheet and evaluation forms should be returned to box at registration table following presentation




Where can I send packages?


Packages sent to hotel should include the presenter their name on the outside of the box and be sent to the address below, Dennis Vrba-Region2 Bally’s Atlantic City 1900 Pacific Avenue Atlantic City, NJ 08401




Will internet be provided?


The hotel will provide internet access in each presentation room




What equipment will be provided in each room?


All rooms will be equipped with a projector and a screen

How are the rooms set up and what is the capacity?


The rooms will be set up classroom style - with rows of chairs, no tables. Each room will be set to hold between 30-50 participants.




How many participants will be at the conference?


We anticipate 500+ participants.




Where can I park?


Bally's offers parking at the hotel. The parking is a reasonable rate. We will not have the ability to validate parking.

How many people will attend my session?


We are currently unable to register participants for individual sessions. We will ensure each room has 30-50 chairs. We will also have staff monitoring the rooms and they will have the ability to add additional chairs if needed.
